It is the policy of Potent Products to send out purchased goods by first class mail within 48 hours of confirmation of payment for that order.

Payments by credit card, debit card, postal order or cash would normally be sent out immediately from stock. Cheque payments are held pending, until clearance from the bank; delivery may therefore take up to seven days.

Customers will be notified within 48 hours if there are any anticipated delays in the despatch of your order.
